I will be teaching two classes at the Mooresville Miniature Show mid June this year. The first class is “Canning Green Beans”. Those taking the class will make a canner, a basket and the green beans to go in the basket as well as in the colander. They will also fill several canning jars with the snapped beans and “water”.
